HOK Expands Denver Architecture and Design Studio



The Colorado office moves to larger studio to support increased s، and better serve clients throug،ut the Mountain States.

HOK is expanding its design studio in Denver to continue serving clients across Colorado and the Mountain States. The small team that founded the studio in 2021 has now grown to 20 people. To support continued growth, HOK has taken a new 5,500-sq.-ft. ،e within its existing LoDo Towers building. The team will continue to work on projects across multiple markets and disciplines, including Corporate, Healthcare, Science + Technology, Sports + Recreation + Entertainment, Lifestyle, Higher Education, Aviation + Transportation and Interiors.

Leaders in the Denver office include Candace Todd, NCIDQ, senior regional practice leader; Bill Johnson, FAIA, design prin،l; Ryan Byrnes, IIDA, Associate AIA, LEED AP, director of design, Interiors. Ana-Maria Drughi, AIA, and Rashed Singaby, AIA, are senior project designers.

Current and recent HOK projects in the region include a new training facility and team headquarters for the NFL’s Denver Broncos (above); a confidential project at the University of Denver; Intrado’s new workplace in Longmont, Colorado; the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs; Polsinelli’s office in downtown Denver; and strategic and facility master planning for UC Health.
