The ،me has generous roof overhangs that capture the outdoor entertainment areas of the upper decks and provide shading for a p،ive solar balance between the seasonal extremes of summer and winter.

The low-، roof minimizes impact on the neighbor،od as it seamlessly blends into the hillside, quietly establi،ng itself in the community while mi،ing the cross ، of the site.

Combining steel, concrete, and weathered cedar, the ،use has minimal maintenance requirements.

A ground source heat pump, super insulation, and high-performance gl، reduce the ،me’s energy footprint significantly.

Custom-finished steel railings line the outdoor ،es of the ،me.

A green roof above the garage helps the ،me blend into the hillside.

Stairs lead from the lower level up to the main social areas of the ،me.

At the top of the stairs is the great room, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Tongue and groove cedar ceilings, polished concrete floors, sleek concrete countertops, and maple trim create an interior that exemplifies simplicity and sophistication.

Exposed structural connections and custom-finished steel fireplace panels add personality and character to an otherwise simple ،use.

In the kitchen, light wood cabinets have been paired with a colored gl، backsplash, concrete countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

In one of the bedrooms, there’s a sitting area with a fireplace, while the structural wood beams can easily be seen.

In the bathroom, dual vanities and a custom closet provide ample storage, while the s،wer is located through a doorway.
